Moonscope: September 28 - October 26

Overall

▴ Nemesis - Retribution ▴

This cycle is about embracing your inner beauty. Does that sound cliche? This year, especially over the summer, has brought massive shifts, clearings, and openings. Honestly, it's been quite a mess at times, no? I'm not saying that energy shifts aren't going to continue, they are, but it's easier for you to be in a state of bliss, wonderment, and complete support when you take note of your blessings and express gratitude. I'll do that right now to start us off. Thank you for reading this. It means so much to me. I send love and support to each and every one of you.

Surrendering to Hades: Pluto-Moon Transits, Part Two

So here we are again at Pluto sextiling my Moon. If you haven’t read The Trials of Hades, do that first to ground into the energy I’m talking about. This is a continuation of that story.

I don’t know if it’s because I did my Pluto homework or because Pluto is retrograde, but DAYUM, this round was so much easier, dare I say, pleasant at times. Pluto’s first pass was back in January so I’ve had 7+ months of equally intense transits (Saturn Return, Saturn trine Venus, Saturn in general lol, Uranus square). During The Trials of Hades, I was living in a stressful situation and my life (my business, my purpose, etc) was stagnant. Pluto ripped me open to show me all of that. I saw how alone and unhappy I was. I honestly still do not know where I’m going but I know I’m closer than I ever have been. I know that I have myself and that is my biggest strength.

Living in the Future Past: Transits to the Lunar Nodes

The Lunar Nodes are a karmic axis in the chart. To me, karma means a purpose bigger than yourself, a purpose so big you can’t comprehend it in the present moment, or all at once. It spans your lifetime.

The South Node is what you brought into this life—past life experiences, inherited karma, and ingrained habits, as well as your skills. The North Node is what you’re meant to learn in this life, your calling or destiny.

If I break a transit to the Lunar Nodes down to its simplest form: leaving comfortable energy behind (South Node) vs bringing uncomfortable energy in (North Node).

It’s easier to watch and experience the Lunar Nodes in action (examples below) rather than define them, but here are some concepts I’ve noticed..

Self-Imposed Limitations

How many months of Saturn have I been dealing with now? Lol. Jesus, it feels like an eternity. Oh, and it’s not going to let up for quite a while longer. My Saturn Return feels special. I get a chance to have it three times. I don’t know what the next two will deal with but pass number one is about where my limits are. Do I have limits?

This first Saturn pass has back-to-back conjoined my natal Saturn, opposed my Midheaven, and now it trines my natal Venus. Over the past month and a half, there’s also been Mercury in Pisces (retrograde, too), Venus in Pisces, and both of those planets have had little rendezvous with Neptune. Now, I don’t especially pay attention to the transits right now. I’m more focused on what transits affect my chart. I will say this: Current transits are like the weather. Personal transits are like your task for the day/week/month. Sometimes skies are clear and the temperature is just right. Your plate is full but you can focus. Other times, there’s a freaking hurricane for a month and you STILL have loads to do. Get what I mean? Bet you can guess which example I’ve been in.
